This particular one, the Strawberry Banana Protein Shake Recipe, is one of my favorites. You can make it thick and eat it with a spoon or a bit thinner. Either way, it tastes fantastic.
What Weight is on Your Driver’s License? Great realization today… You know how people lie about their weight on their drivers license?? Maybe you haven’t ever done it but I sure wasn’t going to reveal my actual weight. Even the weight I put on there was something I didn’t want to reveal.. but it was better than my actual weight at the time.
But then… there’s body image issues. I still feel like that fat girl. I still have an extra roll around my belly that I’d love to lose and my thighs could use some work but I’ve lost over 70 lbs!!! I’m not that fat girl anymore. Then how come I still feel like that?
Time for an update. I’m now 6 months post op Gastric Sleeve surgery. And here’s my mantra – Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
This is one of those Tips for Weight Loss that is a gimme. You need to get your daily intake of water in. If you don’t, you could get dehydrated, you could stall your weight loss and more.
And I SO need the energy. I’m trying to cut out coffee but I’ll admit, so far, I’m not doing the best job. So having these energy drops are awesome!
