Strawberry Banana Protein Shake Recipe Evolv

July 11, 2015 by Dawn Filed Under: Cooking, Weight Loss Leave a Comment

This particular one, the Strawberry Banana Protein Shake Recipe, is one of my favorites. You can make it thick and eat it with a spoon or a bit thinner. Either way, it tastes fantastic.

In my journey to lead a healthier life, I discovered evolv protein shakes. They are honestly the best meal replacement shakes that I have tasted. Plus, I love the ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, no soy protein and gluten free is available. Packed with 12 g of protein and a great carb to protein ratio. There are two great flavors, vanilla and chocolate.

However, vanilla and chocolate can get a little boring after awhile. With a few additions, you can have a new shake every day if you wanted to.

If you’re going to be doing daily protein shakes, get yourself a mini blender like the Magic Bullet or NutriBullet. It makes clean up super easy when you don’t have to get out the big blender.

I drink a protein shake every morning for breakfast. I also make a 1/2 protein shake for Faith and add in a limitless to help reduce her inflammation. I might also have a 2nd shake after a work out. It helps me recover so much faster.
