Thor: Ragnarok from a Teen Girl’s Point of View

Thor: Ragnarok was overall a great movie, full of action and comedy. there is never a dull moment, you are either laughing, watching an intense action scene, wondering what is going to happen next, or all of the above.

The new characters did a great job pushing the story along and making the movie better. They all had great back stories that lined up with the overall plot. You also see some original characters that you’ve probably seen before, they grow and become even better than the last time you saw them.

The comedy. One of the best comedic parts for me was Thor and Loki. They have had a lot of rough moments but they are still brothers so, you see some of that sibling bickering which ends up being a good laugh throughout the movie. You also see a side of Hulk that is always hidden behind Bruce Banner. Bruce Banner is a smart guy but we never knew too much about his inner green monster, Hulk. Hulk has a little bit of a toddler sense of humor so, in no way is he like Bruce Banner.

We saw Thor: Ragnarok in 3D. I’m actually looking forward to seeing it in 2D. For me, 3D actually distracted from the movie. I felt like the 3D actually took away from the graphics and made it look fake. Crazy as that may sound.

Whether you choose to see it in 2D or 3D, just go see it! I highly recommend it. Now, I’m a HUGE Spider-Man fan girl so I can’t put Thor: Ragnarok ahead ofSpider-Man but I’m putting it a close second.

Still not convinced to go see it? Maybe this trailer will help.

Have you seen it yet? If so in 2D or 3D? I’d love to know your thoughts!
