Screen Time App Plus Charging, Storage Station

September 4, 2018 by Dawn Filed Under: Tech 22 Comments

Thank you to TechDen for sponsoring this post on screen time and for participating in our product guide. All opinions are our own.

Parenting is the best job in the world and the most rewarding but sometimes it’s just plain hard. There’s all sorts of challenges that we face as parents every single day. And in this day and age, we are facing challenges that our parents never had to face with us.

Times have changed. Our kids are growing up with a slew of electronic devices. They are technology smart from a very early age. Don’t get me wrong, I love technology. However, having all of this technology has brought about new parenting challenges. Or obstacles, if you will.

One of the biggest challenges is monitoring screen time. Would you agree? There has to be a better way to manage screen time and get our kids to unplug for a bit.

Introducing TechDen – Offering a Screen Time App Plus Charging/Storage Station

One of the biggest challenges in parenting in this day and age is monitoring screen time. I found a solution! Introducing TechDen.

TechDen has created the first ever product that combines an app parents use to manage screen time with a physical home that charges and stores our kids’ phones and tablets.

No more fighting with our kids to get off of their phone or tablet. TechDen will help reinforce the rules around screen time we set as parents. The built-in reward system serves as a positive reinforcement to help establish routine. And eventually routine becomes habits. Additionally having our devices out of sight truly helps to keep them out of mind. Just like that bowl of candy on kitchen counter!

One of the biggest challenges in parenting in this day and age is monitoring screen time. I found a solution! Introducing TechDen.

TechDen combines a screen time app along with a physical home that will store and charge your kids’ devices. I LOVE this idea and especially this:

It encourages family collaboration and cooperation, bringing balance to relationships with the screens in your life.

I don’t know about you, but I could even use some balance when it comes to screen time. Take a look at how TechDen works.

I’m really excited to get my hands on TechDen.

You can pre-order TechDen now through Kickstarter. Become a “backer” and you’ll be one of the first to receive a Den at up to 40% off.

About TechDen

TechDen introduces a new way to help kids develop healthy screen habits.

It’s the first ever product that combines an app to manage your kids’ screen time with a physical home and charging station that stores their devices.

Our “out of sight, out of mind” approach to device management prevents kids from being distracted by text messages and notifications. Instead, they’re free to have real conversations and personal interactions.

Make sure to check back in December where we will hosting a GIVEAWAY featuring TechDen! In the meantime, find out more by following TechDen on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram.

This is something I need to look into because on days off of school my daughter will sit glued to her phone or computer all day. I like that it is easy to manage and control.
