Medifast Pancake Recipe
There are bound to be some foods in any ‘diet’ program that you don’t like. We found a few of those within our first couple weeks of Medifast. Then we ate up all of the foods we did like and were left a bit stuck. There was a delay in our last order so I have not been doing the greatest off the plan.

But today is the day! I got the UPS notification that our Medifast foods are arriving today. Back on the plan for me!

Finding ways to use up the other Medifast foods is a good way to get you through in times like these. Here’s a Medifast Pancake Recipe using Medifast Oatmeal. I had these today, they’re great!

Medifast Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

1 Medifast Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
2 tbsp Egg Substitute
6 tbsp Water
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

1. Add Maple Brown Sugar oatmeal packet to a bullet style blender. I used the Magic Bullet . Blend until it’s a fine powder.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add more water if needed.
4. Then prepare as you would normally.

great idea to try with the oatmeal since I don’t really care for the texture of the oatmeal alone. I will definitely try your recipe. Thanks.
