Medifast Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

Sometimes you just get a craving. One that will not go away until you just eat whatever food it is you’re craving. There are days where I feel like I could eat everything in the cupboard just trying to quell a craving.

I like a lot of the Medifast food options. My biggest issue is knowing that I “can not” eat something. So finding substitutions for my favorite foods, is great.

We ordered a bunch of Medifast Oatmeal because Oatmeal is one of my husband’s favorite breakfast foods. Then come to find out, we weren’t such huge fans of the Medifast version. The good news is that there are recipes available that utilize the Medifast Oatmeal. This Medifast Oatmeal Cookie Recipe is one of those options.

Now I’m not saying that these cookies are as good as the full fat version but it did satisfy my craving and helped me get through.

I was also having a chocolate craving so I added a few Cacao chips. Not exactly on the Medifast plan but I knew that if I didn’t get my chocolate in, I was likely to graze all through my kitchen.

Enjoy!

While it’s a shake, my favorite recipe is using the chocolate chip cookie as a shake. Yum 🙂
