When I take the kids to the dentist, I always hold my breath hoping for no cavities. So far, my kids have all been cavity free! In all honesty though, I’m actually surprised that none of them have had cavities. Afterall, they’re not really the best brushers.
I’ve tried to make sure they’re brushing and brushing well but life is busy. After they can start brushing their own teeth, I assume they are doing a good job. Are they really? Not always.
So how do we go about improving our oral health? Starting with a few LISTERINE products can help!
My oldest son, Dylan, has probably the worst at oral care. Thankfully still no cavities but he needs constant reminding to brush his teeth. I’m hoping that one day it will finally become a habit for him and he’ll just automatically brush as part of his morning routine. Without me having to remind him.
Until then, I put some LISTERINE POCKETPAKS in his backpack. This way, he’ll at least be able to freshen his breath. POCKETPAKS kill 99% of bad breath germs.
Abbie probably has the best oral care of all my kids but she has braces. We have to be extra vigilant with her oral care. Adding LISTERINE mouthwash to her routine has been great. It covers any of those spots that she might miss while brushing. She’s been using the kids mouthwash and I’ve been using the Healthy White Gentle rinse.
My gums have always been pretty senstive to the peroxide in whitening products so Healthy White Gentle rinse has been great. It’s peroxide free for more gentle whitening.
We all need to get better at flossing regularly. I even struggle with flossing. I do like using the LISTERINE Ultraclean Access Flosser. It makes flossing so much easier. Which makes me much more likely to floss daily.
