Meal planning made easy with eMeals

I love having a meal plan. Without it, I can just stand in my kitchen, staring into my cupboards and not be able to come up with a single thing to make for dinner. Having that meal plan takes all the guess work out of it. My shopping is done ahead of time, I have everything I need to prepare the meals and best of all, no take out when I can’t figure out “what’s for dinner.”

Better yet would be a great meal plan sent right to me each week. Then I don’t even have to do the planning! If that sounds good to you too, check out this great deal from eMeals:

eMeals

eMeals.com, the leading online meal planner, has launched a new slow cooker meal plan to make your life even easier when it comes to getting meals on the table! Each slow cooker plan will include 7 crockpot dinners, with some timesaving “cook once, eat twice” favorites. They have both a Slow Cooker Classic plan full of tasty comfort food as well a groundbreaking Slow Cooker Clean Eating Plan that serves up quick, simple, and healthy meals. Right now, you can use discount code LUNCHFREE for a free lunch meal plan with the purchase of a dinner plan.

    Hi Dawn,
Having a meal plan is an absolute must. I have 4 children as well, ranging in age from 3-8, and playing hockey, soccer, swimming… and if I don’t know what is on the menu, we are more likely to reach for an unhealthy choice. With a meal plan, it is much easier to stay on track with eating healthier choices.
Thank you for the website suggestion!

I have just recently started focusing on creating a meal plan each week. WOW! It has made my life so much easier. Dinner is a constant struggle in our household. I have 2 picky eaters and I am always trying to come up with new ideas.
