Easy Dessert – Blackberry Yogurt Tarts
You could make these with any fresh fruit and your favorite flavor of yogurt.
First step is to wash your blackberries or whatever fruit you’ve chosen. Then lay out the Phyllo Shells (you can find these in your grocers freezer section).
Next, you’re going to add the yogurt to the shells. You can do this using a spoon, piping bag, or make your own piping bag with a ziplock baggy. All you’ll need to do is fill the ziplock baggy and snip the corner off. This makes for the easiest application.
Place one, big, beautiful blackberry in each shell and you’re done. These are picture perfect and ready to be served.
