Are you in need of a better night’s sleep?
Tell me if this sounds familiar… alarm goes off, you hit the snooze. Maybe hit the snooze a few times. Finally roll out of bed and shuffle to the coffee maker. Drink a cup of coffee or a few and still feel like you need a nap. Maybe even feel like a full blown zombie.

Today I was in so much need of coffee that I forgot to put a coffee cup in when brewing. Thankfully my coffee went into the drip tray and not all over my counter. OY!
How about our kiddos? Are they walking zombies too? Our oldest daughter is almost 15 and is reaching for coffee to get her through her day. Nothing against coffee. I love my coffee. But I don’t want Abbie to have to use caffeine just to make it through her day.
