3 Things You May Not Know about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora #RatchetAndClank

April 27, 2016 by Dawn Filed Under: Entertainment Leave a Comment

Today we are talking about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora. #RatchetAndClank
Yesterday, I posted my favorite moments from interview with Director Kevin Munroe. Today it's all about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora. #RatchetAndClank

I had the opportunity to interview Bella Thorne two times now. The first was for her roll as Celia in Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. The second time was for her role as Cora in Ratchet & Clank.

Ratchet & Clank is in theaters THIS Friday, April 29. Only a couple more days to wait! While we wait it out and in preparation for the movie, I’m posting my coverage from the Ratchet & Clank press event that Tim and I attended. Yesterday, I posted my favorite moments from interview with Director Kevin Munroe. Today it’s all about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora. (Check back tomorrow for the awesome James Arnold Taylor and Friday for my thoughts on the movie)!

Bella is full of life and really fun to interview. During the interview, there were a few things that she shared with us that you may have not already known about her.

3 Things You May Not Know about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora

Yesterday, I posted my favorite moments from interview with Director Kevin Munroe. Today it's all about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora. #RachetAndClank

1. Bella is a Tomboy.

Bella and James were both asked how they identify with their characters. Bella answered, “pretty much in almost every aspect” because she is a tomboy.

Well, pretty much in almost every aspect – super tomboy; you can’t probably tell from the way I’m dressed, but in my personal life, I definitely wear what she’s wearing in the movie. She’s not afraid to boss Ratchet around.

2. One of Bella’s goals is to self-direct a short film.

Bella was asked when she was going to write and direct her own film.

Actually, my goal was to have my first self-directed short film premiere at South By Southwest next year and hopefully some other festivals. I love the creative process. One of the unfortunate things about this film was this character was already created when I came in, and stepped foot inside her. So that was fun and you know, interesting. But I would love to do some more live action animation, where actually get to go behind the scenes and really go and literally create this character, because anything behind the scenes, to me, is just so cool.

I’m never in my trailer. I’m always right behind the director, seeing what he’s doing. They probably think I’m annoying.

3. Bella keeps a “goals list” on her phone.

Bella is obviously a very busy woman. She was asked how she balances everything. First, she replied that we’d have to ask her manager’s assistant, Joey. 😉 Then she let us in on a few more tidbits.

I guess you’d have to ask my manager’s assistant, Joey, because I don’t know. I don’t know how he puts it in the schedule, to be completely honest. You know, I have a goals list that I just started on my phone, which is pretty cool. And I’m just trying to do everything. I make personal time for myself when I’m on sets, which is good. So like, I’ll be on set, but then I’ll have a buddy come by and spend time with me while I’m on set. So that’s kind of how I balance my personal relationships a bit more. But yeah I just want to do everything, but more directing and writing, specifically.

So there you have it! 3 Things You May Not Know about Bella Thorne Voice of Cora. Did you know any of these already?
