Big Hero 6 is one of our new favorite movies. We were waiting as patiently as we could for it to come out on Blu-Ray. Have you been waiting too? Well the wait is over… Big Hero 6 DVD Blu-Ray Now Available!!!
Our family has all been down for the count, sick with colds, strep throat, flu like symptoms. We haven’t left the house much at all. I’ve been on antibiotics for a few days so I decided to head out to Walmart this morning to grab Big Hero 6. I also had to get some cold meds, sprite, etc so it was a necessary trip. 😉
Being it’s still very much winter outside and we’re all sick inside, I figured it was a perfect day to snuggle up on the couch and watch Big Hero 6.
Most of the kids had not seen it yet so this was their first time watching. Just a little bit into the movie Caleb says, “This is the best movie!” They all enjoyed watching. Both my 10 year olds, my 13 year old and my 15 year old!
From Walt Disney Animation Studios, the team behind “Frozen” and “Wreck-It Ralph,” comes “Big Hero 6,” an action-packed comedy-adventure about the special bond that develops between Baymax, a plus-sized inflatable robot, and prodigy Hiro Hamada. When a devastating event befalls the city of San Fransokyo and catapults Hiro into the midst of danger, he turns to Baymax and his close friends adrenaline junkie Go Go Tomago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. All Big Hero 6 Characters are lovable! Of course our favorite is Baymax. With most Disney movies, there is plenty of emotion. My kids are a bit older so they were not scared of any of the battle scenes but I don’t know that younger kids would be scared either. I think this is a great movie for all ages.
There is a fun bonus scene after the movie so make sure to not turn off the movie until after the credits. It’s a fun nod to comic book and Stan Lee fans! 😉
