My Thoughts
I have to admit, I am a pretty big fan of Chris Hemsworth. I think I could watch any movie he’s in and like the movie. Now as for THOR The Dark World, overall I loved it. I really liked how a lot of the movie was spent on Asgard. One of my first thoughts is that I’d love to live on Asgard…Asgard or Rivendell (Yes, that’s Lord of the Rings, not Thor). 😉
When they bring us back to Asgard, we meet up with all of our old favorite characters. Including a new one. Zachary Levi now plays the role of Fandral. I really really liked him in this role. I couldn’t help but hear Flynn Rider but Zachary did a great job!
I had been following along as my fellow bloggers saw the THOR The Dark World premiere in LA. While they didn’t spoil the movie with hints, I had been seeing a lot of #TeamLoki on Twitter. That really made me curious as to how I’d feel about Loki in the movie. I’m always a sucker for the hero in the movie so I had a hard time thinking that I may have to like Loki.
Throughout the movie I just kept hoping that Loki would do good, would do the right thing. Yes, I’m also a sucker for all is right with the world and everything ends happily ever after. I’m not going to spoil anything so you’ll have to see for yourself if Loki ends up a “good guy.”
If you like this genre of movie, THOR The Dark World is a must see in my opinion! Go out this weekend and watch and then let me know your thoughts! OH and don’t forget to stick around after the credits for the extra scene!
