I have always had problems with my knees, hips and back hurting me. No matter what shoe I’ve warn, no matter what claim they make for ultimate comfort, my feet, legs and back are still aching at the end of the day. Sometimes even before the end of the day.
I used to work Retail Management. That might have had a hand in ruining my body. Hours standing and walking on my feet all day was just a killer. I was always on the look out for the shoe that will get me through the day without sore, achy feet and body.

I happened to see these amazing shoes on Twitter and asked if I could review a pair. I wanted to take them on the ultimate test drive…a blogger conference. Attending a blogger conference is a great time but it’s long hours on your feet and a ton of walking. The hotel rooms are usually away from the conference area and sometimes you make several trips back and forth. Last year, my body was KILLING me.
Let me tell you…I wore my new Thereafit Shoes at the Blissdom conference this past weekend and they were/are amazing!! No sore, tired, achy feet, no sore knees, no sore hips, no sore back. I walked from 7 a.m. until midnight some nights and hit repeat the next day. All thanks to my Therafit!

I was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis this week. I have severe back pain and my balance is poor. I have been out of work for 2 years. I would love to try the shoes to see if it makes life easier. I’m so grateful for the opportunity.

I would love these shoes! I work during the summer at a Day camp. Love doing this work but hate it when my feet start to ache. Maybe these shoes can help me out! Plus, I never win anything, it would be a nice change. 🙂

I just bought a pair of these Dr. Lisa walking/running shoe. Can’t WAIT to try them out as I’m on my feet 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I’ve have had a lumbar fusion and my knees and back are always in pain and I don’t take pain killers. Hope these beauties do the trick.
Awesome, I hope they work for you! I will take out the “bars” on the heel when my feet start getting tired. It’s great to be able to adjust them that way. Have fun with them! 🙂
