I really did have an amazing time at BlogHer13. It was a busy busy 4 days. Most of the brands above were our swag bag sponsors. We invited 75 bloggers to board the Sea Dog boat cruise. We got to take an awesome boat ride and then sit and watch fireworks from the lake. So cool. Sea Dog Cruises is definitely something I would recommend if ever in Chicago!
BlogHer13 Recap
I was also able to attend events out side of BlogHer13. There is usually so much going on that it’s hard to keep track of it all. I have a huge list of brands that I met and would love to work with more in the future. I’m still trying to get through all of the business cards, flyers and external drives with information on it. I’m working on digging my way out. 😉
It may sound a lot like a big ol party but there was a lot of work going on. Attending these conferences is not just about the swag you get or taking a mini vacation. It’s about the connections that I make to further my business. The fun is just an added bonus.
