In honor of the Sleeping Beauty (Diamond Edition) releasing today on Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD, we toured the Walt Disney Estate. If you have not read my post on the Estate, please do. It was such an incredible experience.

Our tour was broken up into 3 parts – the actual tour of the home, a sit down chat with Don Hahn and then a sneak peak at the bonus clip including meeting with Sarah Hyland who stars in the Sleeping Beauty bonus content – Once Upon a Parade. This is just one of the bonuses you’ll find in the Blu-Ray of Sleeping Beauty.

Sarah is a very poised young woman. It was very neat to get to sit down and chat with her about this project. It’s a cute bonus clip on the Sleeping Beauty Blu-Ray.

We are fans of Modern Family so it was interesting to chat with Sarah for a bit. She’s definitely not like Haley Dunphy, the character that she plays. She is very well spoken and was sweet to come chat with us all.

I loved how Sarah described her love and respect for Walt Disney. Living in California, she has visited Disneyland more often but actually just visited Walt Disney World for the first time a year ago when she was 22. She refers to herself as a “Disney freak.” I’d bet a lot of us can get a little Disney freak going on.
