Mini Meatloaf
When I was a kid, I never liked Meatloaf. However, we now have a Meatloaf recipe we LOVE!! The kids will even ask for it when I do “favorite meal” week in my meal planning. It’s just that good! So on a side note, if you need a great Meatloaf Recipe, be sure to check this one out…it’s easy and very good…and with this Mini Meatloaf using Muffin Tins, I just made it even easier!
When you have a bigger family, or heck, when you just have kids, finding ways to make serving easier is so awesome! Using muffin tins meant not having to cut up the meatloaf. It was perfect. All we did was put 1 or 2 Mini Mealoaf on each kids’ plate and that was it for serving. So nice!
Not only was serving easy but it cut down the baking to just 30 minutes. Love that!! Any busy family will appreciate this. When eating out and going through the drive through is so much easier than making a home cooked meal, we need to have “short cuts” like this to help us out.
Here’s how I made Mini Meatloaf Using Muffin Tins:
- Use your favorite Meatloaf Recipe – I used Tim’s Meatloaf Recipe
- Grab your Muffin Tins and spray the bottoms with cooking spray
- Fill each cup with your Meatloaf
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until fully done
That’s it! Enjoy!

I like the idea of small individual meatloaf portions since I live alone and could make separate meals from each mini one.
