Number one tip that the “pros” give when it comes to weight loss? DRINK lots of water! 8 glasses or more are what is recommended to keep yourself hydrated. Drinking about a half hour before eating, also makes your body feel full so you won’t eat as much. I’ll be honest – I love water, but sometimes I just need a little bit of flavor.
That’s where Medifast flavored Energy Drops come in. Three flavors and you can get all three flavors in one pack.
Our Energy Drops keep you going, and now you don’t have to decide which one to try. Each is free of artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners. And each has four energizing B vitamins – B5, B6, B12, and B9. Our variety kit features Lemonade, Pineapple Mango, and Wild Strawberry flavors to give your water a wakeup call.
Kosher Parve, Vegetarian. Add 1 squeeze or 1/2 tsp (2 mL) of product to 8 fl oz water and shake or mix well.
And I SO need the energy. I’m trying to cut out coffee but I’ll admit, so far, I’m not doing the best job. So having these energy drops are awesome! However, a word of caution. DO NOT drink them in the late afternoon or evening. 😉 I had added some drops to my water bottle that I was sipping on all day. Took the water bottle to zumba and kept drinking it through the evening. Yep, I could not get to sleep.
Now for my weight loss update. Let’s start this out by saying – UGH! I have hit a big plateau that has been hard to get past. Last time I updated you on my weight loss, I was at 198. I’ve been at 198 since. Today I dropped 1 lb so I’m at 197. I can’t wait to get past the 190s and move on! I’ve been stuck here for too long.
What do you do to get past plateaus?
