Before switching to a keto lifestyle, the McGriddle was one of my FAVORITES! So having this Keto Copy Cat McGriddle is awesome!
This Keto Copy Cat McGriddle uses the Paffle Chaffle recipe with the addition of a little sugar free maple syrup. The texture was really perfect for the McGriddle like sandwich.
Keto Copy Cat McGriddle
While your paffle chaffles are cooking, cook up your egg and a sausage patty. I grabbed some frozen sausages at Walmart and keep them on hand. Quick minute in the microwave and they are ready to eat. This sandwich would also be good with bacon or ham. I forgot to add a cheese slice but that would be delicious as well.
Once your paffle chaffles are ready, assemble your Copy Cat McGriddle and enjoy! I added a little bit more sugar free syrup on my plate for extra to dip in. It was so good. Use whatever sugar free syrup that you enjoy.
I can see making a bunch of these up ahead of time and keeping in the fridge or freezer. Pop them in the toaster oven when you’re ready to eat.
I tell you, I am loving the chaffles. It has added so much more variety to the keto lifestyle. I feel like I can enjoy sandwiches again! My youngest daughter is even on board with the chaffle. When I make chaffles for myself, I usually end up making a couple extra for her. Just so good!
I may try a cheese burger or maybe the BLT on the paffle chaffle next.

I can’t wait to make this, it sounds delicious. So far my favorite chaffle is the cake batter waffle. Yummy!
I haven’t tried that yet but I do have some flavorings. So I need to!
sounds really good would like more resipes new at keto but will try this
I love chaffles. They’re so good and there’s so many options with them.
That looks REALLY tasty! I may make this over the weekend!
They are so good!
Can you use something to replace the pork rinds?
I have not tried anything else but pork rinds are the perfect addition since they are keto and give you that crunch.
I have used almond flour when making my chaffles. Also good!
Can the chaffles be made ahead and frozen?
I have not tried freezing them. I have made a few ahead and just kept them in the fridge. And then just toast to re-heat.
can I use almond flour do you think that would work they are disgusting
I don’t think you’re going to get the same results, no.
I can’t seem to find the nutrition value to put in my carb Manager?
What do the pork rinds do I’ve never use them does it give it a pork flavor?
No, not at all. Pork rinds don’t actually have much taste (unless you buy flavored ones) but they just give a bit of a crunch or texture to the chaffle.
This is the best Keto breakfast recipe so far! You gotta try it!
I’m so glad you liked it!
