The Holidays always seem to come so fast. Summer is over, Halloween is around the corner and soon we’ll be prepping for Holiday dinners. Do you do large family gatherings for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. We do both.
While I hate to see summer go, I love the Holidays. Family, food and good friends, right?! There’s always a lot of food prep around the Holidays. It always takes a long time to cook all of those yummy meals and then they’re eaten up so quickly.
What do you do for Holiday prep?
My mom has done the cooking for our Holidays for years. I’m definitely spoiled but I know that my time to cook will come. For now, I just try to take in all that my mom does, watch and learn. She’s great at juggling all foods in and out of the oven.
