Healthy Cat Food #Sponsored #MC #NutrishforCats

August 6, 2014 by Dawn Filed Under: Pets 6 Comments

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Nutrish for Cats. I received a sample of Nutrish for Cats to facilitate this review and a promotional item to thank me for participating. #Sponsored #MC #NutrishforCats

I am a new cat owner… never had a cat as a child. We’ve always had dogs. Then I saw this adorable little face and couldn’t resist.

Over the last year, we’ve had to figure out the best cat food, what litter works the best, what she likes to play with, etc etc. It’s been a learning process.

I love when I get to try out cat related products such as this Healthy Cat Food – Nutrish by Rachael Ray.

Healthy Cat Food – Nutrish

The first natural cat food from Rachael Ray ™Nutrish™. Real meat like chicken or fish is the #1 ingredient in these delicious recipes. There’s never any junk like meat poultry by-product meal, artificial flavors or preservatives. Just simple, wholesome recipes with a great taste your cat will instinctively love. Look for these wholesome recipes available in dry formulas and wet formulas with fun flavors like Chicken Purrcata, Ocean Fish-alicious and Lip Smackin’ Sardine & Mackerel where you currently shop for your family’s groceries.

We were sent a goodie bag of Nutrish products to try out.

Pixel checking out her new Healthy Cat Food:

I can feel good about feeding Pixel a product like Nutrish because she’s eating real chicken and salmon. Just like we eat. While we enjoy our BBQ Cranberry Chicken, Pixel can enjoy her Nutrish.

Lean and Green (1)

This is one of my favorite Freezer Meals. Here’s the recipe:

BBQ Cranberry Chicken
Ingredients

3-4 frozen chicken breasts
1/3 Cup dried minced onion
16 oz whole cranberry sauce
1 Cup BBQ sauce

Directions

Add all ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag. Seal and place in freezer.
When ready to use, thaw slightly and add to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

You can find more yummy Freezer Meals in my Cooking Category.

Pixel is adorable! I am allergic to cats, but love her markings and sweet face.
