Do you have the Freedom to be Spontaneous?

We’re going to get real here for a minute. It’s a little out of my ‘wheel house’ to talk about a subject that is personal and maybe a bit taboo. But you know what, it shouldn’t be so taboo. I have a feeling that what I’m about to say, others are experiencing too.

We maybe don’t all sit around a table, having coffee and talk about it but I’m pretty sure that most of us would be on the same page if we did.

Ok, so here it goes. We’re going to talk about Lubricants for Women.

Life in the beginning of marriage is great. The intimacy is great! You’re young, energetic, carefree and so in LOVE! You make time for each other and let’s face it, there’s time because there’s not as many stressors in your lives early on.

Then all that intimacy creates little people. Little people that you love and adore and would do anything for. Those little people become the focus of your lives, the reason you get out of bed every morning. But let’s face it, those little people along with the stresses of work, home, school, cleaning, cooking, etc. etc. tend to get in the way of the intimate relationship you have with your spouse.

It happens. But do you actively and consciously do anything to carve out that special time for just you and your spouse?

I’ll admit it, after 4 kids and the stress that life brings, I fail at this more often then not. And let’s be even more real, now that I’m older things just don’t work the same down there. I’ve noticed after the lovely age of 40, it’s just pretty darn dry.

Say what you want but I think we might all agree that Men think about those intimate moments WAY more often then women. So what can you do when your husband says:

And you feel like this:

So there’s two things going on here, yes, I’m exhausted daily. I’m sure my husband is too after a long day at work. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t carve out time for each other. Because you know what? If I let go of my long day and stressful events, I always feel better after spending time with my husband.

Now the second thing going on is that dryness issue that’s happening. What to do, what to do…

Lubricants for Women

KY Liquibeads to the rescue!

This will help solve that dryness problem and make sure you’re ready when your husband is. The mood may strike at any moment and with KY Liquibeads, you’ll be ready.

KY Liquibeads are very easy to use. They come with convenient applicators and individually packaged ovules. All you need to do is insert one ovule at least 30 minutes before intimacy or anytime. They last up to 3 days and work off of your natural lubrication.

**If you are pregnant or nursing, please first consult a doctor before using.

I found my KY Liquibeads at Target. Super convenient to pick up during my normal shopping.

Let’s take a look at what all of the above might look like in our house.

Now we’re prepared and have the freedom to be spontaneous or for a planned date night. We definitely need more planned date nights but spontaneity has its benefits too!

This is SO hilarious! And you were afraid to talk about this?! Psh. Whatever. You’re awesome and I love how you are so candid here without being out there. So, did it? Wait, don’t answer that. #client
