Thank you to Canvas Factory for sponsoring our post today on canvas prints and participating in our product guide. Regardless of sponsorship, all opinions are my own.
If you’ve been following along with me for any amount of time you know how much I enjoy taking pictures and I think the best way to show off those pictures is by hanging canvas prints in the home. One of my favorite canvas prints to date is this one of all four of my children.
I have family pictures on walls throughout the house and have begun giving canvas prints as gifts to my family.
Take my most recent Canvas Factory canvas print for example. It’s a family picture of me, my mom, my dad, and my brother. Now, we haven’t had a family picture taken for YEARS so we decided to recreate the last portrait we had taken back when my brother and I were kids (ahem, that was a long time ago). We actually took the updated picture at our mom and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary this Summer and the canvas print is my gift to them.
This is the picture that we attempted to re-create. Little bit harder to sit on my mom’s lap now a days. 😉
It turned out wonderful and it’s so easy to create! I love how you have different options when choosing your canvas and how it will print. With the picture I used, it didn’t work as well to “wrap” the image around the frame. So instead, I matched a color from the picture and use that to wrap around.
It looks awesome hanging on the wall at my parent’s house and it’s something that we can treasure for years to come.
Canvas Prints
Canvas prints are created when an image is printed onto canvas and then stretched or gallery wrapped onto a wooden frame ready for display or hanging. To create a canvas print just upload your photo or image, choose the size and shape of your canvas, finish your order and wait for your photo canvas to be delivered.
