I’m one that has just never liked to wear skirts or dresses. Mostly because of the dreaded chafing! eeeeks! Yes, I said it. Chafing!

Most women will understand what I’m talking about. A lot of us have to deal with painful chafing and irritation when the inner thighs rub. This can really put a damper on wearing a dress. Especially in those hot months when a cute sun dress would look awesome. Yep, just not going to happen.

Until now!

Bandelettes – Anti Chafing Thigh Bands

I was recently asked to try out Bandelettes. They are elastic lace bands with non slip silicone that you wear on your thighs. Having something like this is awesome! They come in different sizes to make sure you have the perfect fit. Plus they come in some great colors!

Bandelettes are comfortable and they stay in place. I’m so looking forward to sun dresses next summer! I received 1 black and 1 tan. I like both of the colors. I’d say tan is a great option for general wear but if you want them to show a bit, then you can get a few different colors so you have options.

A tip on measuring, my thigh measured for one size but I ended up liking how 1 size smaller fit. It’s not a bad idea to order the size you measure and a size smaller.

Now I’m a little too insecure to show you pics of myself…I’ll let the models handle that. 😉 Here are some examples of how Bandelettes work and look under a dress.

Bandelettes are also great for wearing under shorts. Shorts are coming out shorter and shorter every year. Now you can wear a pair of Bandelettes and feel like you have a bit more coverage. Plus they’re super cute. That helps! 🙂
