American Girl Bitty Baby and Holiday Dress

American Girl Bitty Baby and Holiday Gift Guide

Both of my girls LOVE American Girl dolls. There’s just something special about them. My oldest received her very own American Girl Doll when she first learned to read. We celebrated the big accomplishment with a trip to the American Girl store. She still has her doll years later.

Now it’s my younger daughter’s turn. Her first American Doll is a American Girl Bitty Baby.

About American Girl

At American Girl, we celebrate girls and all that they can be. That’s why we develop products and experiences that help girls grow up in a wholesome way, while encouraging them to enjoy girlhood through fun and enchanting play.

About American Girl Bitty Baby

The American Girl Bitty Baby was relaunched this year. Now there are more combinations of skin tones and eye colors so your little girl can find the perfect Bitty Baby for her. This Bitty Baby doll is just waiting for your little girl to bring her home for cuddles and playtime.  The doll is 15″ tall with your choice of skin, eye, and hair color. She has a huggable cloth body, and her head and limbs are made of smooth vinyl. Bitty Baby arrives with:

  • A white sleeper with scattered pink stars and a mock-wrap neckline trimmed with a ribbon ruffle
  • A soft cloth diaper
  • A hardcover Bitty Baby and Me picture book that brings her story to life
  • A sparkly wishing star, just like the one from her book

My Review

My daughter, Faith, received an American Girl Bitty Baby and holiday dress. The doll is just the right size for her little hands and she loves to take it with her everywhere.

She loves this little doll and changes out her outfits as often as possible. Of course, she’s a girl. 😉 I did the same thing when I was her age. Dressing up the dolls depending on my mood or what I was doing that day. American Girl has a nice selection of holiday outfits for your Bitty Baby, but they also have girl sized outfits for your little one.

How cute would it be to have your child and her doll dressed the same for the holiday parties and get togethers, even for tea time play dates! I think I’m going to surprise my daughter and get her the matching dress for Christmas. I know she’s going to love it!

American Girl is the perfect gift. Check out these great stocking stuffer ideas and the full American Girl Gift Guide.

Thank you for the review. I’ve always wanted to get my girls both one each but I’m scared with how expensive they are that they wouldn’t get taken care of. Love the outfits! 🙂

I can totally understand that! My girls have actually taken really good care of theirs. The hair can be tricky but at least with the Bitty Baby, they don’t have hair. 😉
