New Trent’s Airbender Keyboard Case Review & Giveaway

New Trent’s Airbender Keyboard Case comes to us as the newest wireless Bluetooth keyboard plus hard clamshell case for the iPad 4, iPad 3, & iPad 2.  It’s sleek, lightweight and portable design will completely protect the iPad when travelling.  It is also designed to support multiple viewing angles expanding its versatility for users.

In addition to the Bluetooth wireless keyboard, the Airbender comes with a protective case and stand for your techy gadget.  It is made from high-grade thermoplastic equipped with a matte finish keeping it free from fingerprints!  In today’s world, it is meant to be paired well with iPads (2,3 and 4).  The keyboard is 18% bigger than the average keyboard, making it more comfortable to type on.  It is a very slim build with wide-key design.  The thermoplastic clamshell case mentioned above even has rotatable hinges. There is a multi-adjustable stand for vertical or horizontal positioning. Lastly, there is a built-in auto shut-off magnet as a feature.

What did I think of the New Trent NT38B Airbender keyboard case?

I love that it allows you to rotate the iPad to be vertical or horizontal.  Another plus is that it has keys that allow you to control the functions, such as: brightness, home screen, volume and music controls.  It is easy to detach your iPad from the keyboard too.  It doubles as a case which is a great feature, because when detached you still have a protective case on your iPad.

Some things I didn’t care for were that the keys are a little small making it so you will sometimes hit the wrong keys.  Although that is not necessarily unique to this keyboard.  Sometimes maneuvering the stand is a little awkward. When you open it, the release is under the iPad making it tricky to bring it from fully closed state to fully open. However, once you get the stand in the correct position, it’s fine.

My overall opinion is that the case/keyboard is sleek and sexy.  I like how it feels when it’s closed and it is definitely one of the better keyboards I’ve ever seen.
