I was able to preview Delivery Man while at a blog conference this summer. I loved it! I was excited for it to actually come out so I could see it again.
My husband and I went to see Delivery Man in the theater last night. I loved it all over again. Here’s a quick synopsis:
Delivery Man
From DreamWorks Pictures comes “Delivery Man,”the story of affable underachiever David Wozniak (Vince Vaughn), whose mundane life gets twisted in a knot when he finds out that he fathered 533 children via sperm donations he made twenty years earlier. In debt to the mob, rejected by his pregnant girlfriend, things couldn’t look worse for David when he’s hit with a lawsuit from 142 of the 533 twentysomethings who want to know the identity of the donor. As David struggles to decide whether or not he should reveal his true identity, he embarks on a journey that leads him to discover not only his true self but the father he could become as well.
Delivery Man is such a heartfelt, feel good movie. It has some great comedic moments and still touched my heart.
When I first saw it this summer, there were tissues available when we went into the theater. I asked friends who had already viewed it, if I was really going to need these tissues. One said, no probably not but the other assured me that I would. And yes, I did need those tissues. In fact, I cried both times I watched it. It’s just a very touching movie.
Some of my blogger friends were in LA at the premiere of Delivery Man. I wanted to make sure I shared a couple posts from the event. The bloggers got to sit down and interview Vince Vaughn, who starred in Delivery Man. Here’s the Interview With Vince Vaughn. Here’s a great post from the red carpet Delivery Man Premiere.
Make sure you go see Delivery Man. Take your mom, your sister, your friends and make a day of it over Thanksgiving! Let me know what you think of the movie!
