Oh the fun and adventures we had this summer. I can’t believe we’re already back to school. The weather is cooling down, the leaves are changing colors. We have to say goodbye to summer. Say it isn’t so!
Well at least we can look back and remember the fun we had and look forward to fun fall and winter adventures.
This summer we got to ride around in the fun Kia Soul Turbo. This Soul took us all over the state. It saw a LOT of baseball tournaments.
Since Caleb is playing 12U, we didn’t have to travel too far.. but still, far enough. Our furthest tournament was 4 hours away. Thankfully the Soul Turbo made it a breeze.
I had Caleb plus one of his teammates with for this one. So we had luggage for all 3 of us, snacks, drinks, plus baseball gear. The Soul handled it all no problem!
Look at all of that storage space. Plus the boys had plenty of leg room in the back seat. And can I just say.. thank goodness for the stain forgiving seats. I’m sure you can imagine what it’s like to have two dirty baseball players getting in and out of the car. To top it off, it had rained that weekend so the fields were muddy. We had a lot of dirt and mud to deal with.
We went back and forth in the Kia Soul Turbo to practices, games, etc all summer. I was sure glad for the gas mileage.
My favorite feature, though, has to be the panoramic sunroof. Oh my word, is this an awesome feature. I LIVE for the sun. It was so awesome to be able to open up the sunroof for the sunshine and a little breeze.
During those seldom off days where we didn’t have baseball, I enjoyed doing a coffee run or two. 😉 The Soul Turbo was just so fun to drive that I found myself finding reasons to go for a drive. Although, you never have to convince me to run out for coffee anyway. HA
I loved all of the features in the Soul Turbo. From the sporty look and feel and the way the car handled, to the warning system. This is an amazing car. You don’t have to sacrifice anything in this fun ride.
I sure did like the cargo room. We even made a trip to the garden center.
