Do you get the recommended amount of fluids in daily? Did you know that we’re actually supposed to intake more than the 8 – 8oz glasses of fluid? The recommend fluid intake for men is about about 13 cups (3 liters) and for women it is about 9 cups (2.2 liters). But remembering 8 – 8oz glasses is just a bit easier so we’ll go with that.
