What kind of vehicle do you use for your family?
Are you a mom, like me, driving around a mini-van?
When I first got my mini van, I thought it was awesome. Enough room for my family and cargo space. Yes, with 4 kids (2 of which being twins), I did need that much room and space. 5 years later, I’m ready to ditch the mini van and move on to a crossover. Like the 2014 KIA Sorento.
While vacationing in Florida, we were able to test drive the 2014 KIA Sorento. This is such an amazing vehicle.

The 2014 KIA Sorento fits our entire family and we still have cargo space room. We had 3 rows of seats with a total of 7 seats. The back row of seats has split seating so you can choose to fold down both or just half. We could fit our family, fold down just half of the back row and still have plenty of room for luggage, groceries etc.
Even with the back row completely up, there is still room for groceries in the cargo area.
The 2014 KIA Sorento is a very comfortable ride. The whole family enjoyed (and were comfortable) riding around. I could definitely see us getting this vehicle for our family and taking it on long trips.
The features I enjoyed the most in the 2014 KIA Sorento was the 7 passenger seating, the huge moon roof, the wireless cell phone hookup and the blind spot detector. If any cars were along side me in that “blind spot,” the vehicle would notify me. There is a light on each of the side mirrors to let me know and then if I put on my blinker to switch lanes, the vehicle would actually beep at me as an alert. I LOVE this feature.
There are many options and packages with the 2014 KIA Sorento. The vehicle we drove was the 2014 KIA Sorento SX Limited and is priced at just under $40,000. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
