I’m continuing on my weight loss journey. Day by day, week by week. I’m not sure if my body is just rebelling, but I haven’t lost any additional weight this week. I’m going to have a chat with my Medifast Nutritionalist and see if we can figure out how to break this plateau and get moving again.
In the mean time, I’m going to stick to the plan of 5 medifast meals, 1 lean and green meal and then get in at least 64 oz of water. I notice that if I’m at all short in water, I’ll retain and swell up. It’s crazy.
So having ideas to get in the water, is great. Just plain water can be really boring. I’m not a soda drinker so that’s not an issue for me but I LOVE tea.
Here is a wonderful way to get your water in with this refreshing sugar free iced tea recipe.
Sugar Free Iced Tea Recipe
Grab any of your favorite teas for this recipe! I used a Bigelow Pomegranate Pizzazz Herbal Tea but am looking forward to trying other flavors as well.
Make tea as directed. Add 3 drops (more or less to taste) of liquid Stevia. Mix well. Pour over ice and enjoy!
It’s so good!
What is your favorite flavor of tea?
