Easy Keto Cheddar Crisps – 2 Ingredients Low Carb


  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Egg whites


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or grease the bottoms of the tins with butter
  3. Whisk the egg whites and divide between the 24 mini muffin cups
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the egg whites
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are just starting to brown
  6. Remove from oven and let cool
  7. Remove crisps from muffin tins and enjoy
